X.1 Definitions

1. "Founding Member Lifetime Membership" means a one-time fee membership that provides the Account holder access to the Included Features for the Lifetime Term, subject to these Terms.
2. "Included Features" means the specific premium features and functionality identified at the time of purchase on the purchase screen (and/or in an attached Feature Schedule / Exhibit A).
3. "Lifetime Term" means the period during which Drobeme Premium (or a substantially similar successor premium service) is made available and supported by Drobeme for end users. Lifetime Term is not the user's lifetime and does not mean the Service will be available indefinitely.

X.2 Scope limitations

1. The Founding Member Lifetime Membership applies to one individual Account and is personal, non-transferable, and may not be resold, sublicensed, or shared.
2. The membership covers access to Included Features only. New products, new services, or new feature sets may be offered in the future and may be excluded from the Founding Member Lifetime Membership unless Drobeme expressly states otherwise in writing.

X.3 Changes, updates, and feature evolution

1. Drobeme may update, modify, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, prevent abuse, and evolve the Service.
2. If Drobeme makes a change that materially reduces the overall functionality of the Included Features, Drobeme will provide reasonable notice where practicable and will provide any remedies required by applicable law.

X.4 Discontinuation / Sunset

1. Drobeme may decide to discontinue the Service (including Drobeme Premium) or cease supporting it. If so, Drobeme will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice and a reasonable window for users to export or retrieve their data where the Service provides such functionality.
2. Upon discontinuation of the Service, the Founding Member Lifetime Membership ends because the Lifetime Term ends. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

X.5 Termination for cause (abuse)

Drobeme may suspend or terminate access, including Founding Member Lifetime Membership access, if the user violates these Terms or applicable policies (including fraud, harassment, spamming, automation misuse, or security threats). Termination for cause does not entitle the user to a refund except where required by law.

X.6 Third-party commerce disclaimer (affiliate model)

Drobeme is a product discovery and affiliate service. Products are sold by third-party retailers. Pricing, inventory, delivery, returns, and warranties are controlled by the retailer, and Drobeme is not the seller of record. (Ensure your UI disclosures remain consistent with this, for example "Sold by [Brand]" and affiliate disclosure language.)
